Hashim Gardner was struck multiple times on the 4600 block of Levick Street, authorities said. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died around 10:45 p.m., officials wrote.
Eleven 9mm shell casings were recovered from the scene and a homicide investigation is underway, PPD said.
